The Curious Londoner sells London photography prints, typographic prints and related artwork.

2. Our products

The products on this website are art prints and photography prints inspired by London.

Each product page includes the main product details, such as size, finish, framing options, price and delivery information.

Please read the product description carefully before ordering. If a print is sold unframed, the frame shown in any lifestyle image is for display only unless the product page clearly says otherwise.

3. Product images and colours

We do our best to show each print accurately. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, device settings and lighting.

Small differences between the website image and the final printed product are not considered faults unless the product is clearly incorrect or damaged.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

The price shown on the product page is the price you pay for that product, unless there is an obvious error.

UK postage is included where stated on the website or product page.

5. Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.

After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order.

A contract is formed when we accept your order and begin processing it.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

• the product is unavailable;
• there has been a pricing or description error;
• payment has not been received;
• we suspect fraud or misuse of the website;
• we are unable to deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you.

6. Payment

Payment is taken through the payment methods shown at checkout.

You must provide accurate billing and delivery information when placing an order.

We do not store your full payment card details on this website. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver to the UK only.

Prints are packed carefully before dispatch.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days, unless the product page or order confirmation says otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during busy periods, postal delays, strikes, severe weather or other events outside our control.

8. Delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by you.

If an item is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete or the parcel was not collected, we may ask you to pay the cost of sending it again.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• your order number;
• a photo of the damaged item;
• a photo of the packaging;
• a short description of the issue.

We will review the problem and arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable solution where appropriate.

9. Cancelling your order

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

You do not need to give a reason.

To cancel, email us at ryan@thecuriouslondoner.co.uk with your order number and tell us you want to cancel.

After telling us you want to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item to us.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

10. Returns

To return an item, contact us first at ryan@thecuriouslondoner.co.uk.

We will then tell you where to send the return.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Please package the item carefully. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as you are responsible for the return until it reaches us.

11. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will check it and process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method.

We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled more than necessary and this has reduced its value.

If the item is returned damaged because it was not packaged properly, we may reduce the refund or refuse the return.

12. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at ryan@thecuriouslondoner.co.uk as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photos showing the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Your legal rights are not affected.

13. Custom or personalised orders

If we offer custom or personalised products, these may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

A custom or personalised order means an item made specifically for you, such as a print with personalised text, a custom size or a special request that is not part of the standard product listing.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

14. Availability

Some prints may be limited edition or available in small quantities.

If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you. You can choose a replacement, wait for restock if available, or receive a refund.

15. Discount codes and offers

Discount codes must be used before checkout is completed.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Discounts cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed.

We may change or withdraw offers at any time.

16. Intellectual property

All photographs, artwork, product images, text, logos and branding on this website belong to The Curious Londoner or are used with permission.

Buying a print does not give you copyright in the image.

You may not copy, reproduce, edit, scan, resell, distribute or use our images commercially without written permission.

You are welcome to display purchased prints for personal use.

17. Using this website

You agree not to misuse this website.

You must not:

• try to access areas of the website you are not authorised to use;
• interfere with the security or running of the website;
• upload malicious code;
• copy website content without permission;
• use the website for fraud or unlawful activity.

We may restrict access to the website if we believe it is being misused.
